We guarantee to keep all your information in the utmost confidence. Your details are secure throughout the entire shopping process. The White Rabbit Adult Boutique staff are committed to the protection of your personal details and the information we collect for orders is only used to complete the order. 

 

 

Faulty Returns

 

If a product you purchase from us is faulty within the warranty period we will replace it.

 

As many products as possible are tested and run through their programs prior to leaving the store.  If your item was in full working order when it left our premises then we will not accept it as a faulty return.

Most problems with products are related to batteries not a fault with the toys, so before returning an item, please ensure:

 

  • The batteries are inserted the right way.
  • The batteries have plenty of charge, preferably try a fresh set of heavy duty/alkaline batteries.
  • The plastic case around the batteries has not been removed.
  • The battery compartment is done up tight where applicable.
     
These things account for the vast majority of reported faults.If your issue still exists please contact us either by email or phone and we can provide further assistance and arrange a replacement if necessary. We are very sorry if you do have problems with a purchase, but please rest assured that we are fully committed to fixing your problem as quickly as possible. Please make sure you try the tips above before returning products back to us. We are 100% committed to our customer service and our returns policy is designed to provide further peace of mind.
 

 

Change of mind
 

For obvious health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns that have been opened as they can not be resold. We have to be extremely strict with this policy as I am sure most customers would not like to have purchased a product of this nature when someone else has already owned this.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept everyone’s claim that their item remained unopened and unhandled as most of our stock does not come sealed in a way to prove this.

However, if the product is packaged by the manufactured as sealed and it has clearly not been tampered with, you may return it for an exchange. Please understand we have this policy in place to protect you, our customer and your health and wellbeing.
